well, it seems like that did the trick. It's 4 o'clock and I'm feeling better, still not great, but better. At least I can think again ^_^.
One other thing. While reading the Max Muscle Min Fat book I found something that said growth hormone pulses when you're in deep sleep and when you're hungry during the day. I've noticed that chewing sugar free gum acts as a hunger suppresor... i've been going through half a pack a day ^_^ it makes it easier! anyways I'm going to cut it back to one piece during the undereating phase, in the hopes that feeling more hungry sends more growth hormone through my body.
