I just finished reading Ori's book "Max Muscle Min Fat". So far I've read three of his books (The Warrior Diet, and Controlled Fatigue Training) And the only one I would recommend reading is his Max muscle min fat book. The other books are good in their own sense, but they lack.... meat for someone who likes to know "how" and "why" things work, max muscle min fat is for someone who loves to learn about their body. What's even better is the fact that Ori actually sites his references, *gasp* "you mean he has data to back up what he says??" But don't you worry, at the end of the book he made room for 10 or so pages advertising his other "wonder" products.
Don't buy warrior diet.
really don't buy his controlled fatigue training e-book
if you have to buy a book I'd recommend this one (it explains all the things he mentions in his other books)
